Surely it’s not just me that’s completely obsessed with Halloumi? I’m currently loving it in all it’s forms - deep-fried, grilled, even in a wrap as a tasty lunch. Halloumi fries have become a firm favourite in our house - either as a side or as a stand-alone snack.
